  • Prepare formal Bid Form and Invitation to Bid
  • Bid analysis and recommendation
  • Contract Negotiation: Assist the Owner in preparing the formal Owner-Contractor contract and the contract negotiation phase.

Contract Administration Services

  • Site inspections to review the progress and quality of the construction
  • Progress Meetings: Conduct monthly progress meetings
  • Review Contractor’s monthly payment applications
  • Review and execute formal change orders

 Energy Analysis and Energy Retrofit

  • For new construction, advise the client on the use of alternative construction methods and cutting-edge mechanical systems which can maximize the building’s efficiency and reduce utility costs.
  • Energy Retrofits-analyze existing buildings to determine what architectural changes and new mechanical systems can best improve/reduce the buildings energy consumption.
  • Life Cycle cost analysis


  • Inspect existing facilities to determine the cause of various problems or failures with the construction, including common problems such as: water leaks, corrosion of materials, structural failures, mold and mildew, etc.
  • Arrange for testing of materials by independent testing laboratories
  • Prepare written reports documenting the cause(s) of the problem
  • Prepare drawings and specifications as needed for the correction of the problem
  • Expert witness testimony for court cases
